The PRE Horses Stud Book, has created a new service, thanks to which breeders may request a PRE Encumbrance Certificate from the main ANCCE PRE Stud Book office for any horse listed in the ANCCE PRE Stud Book data base. An extract is issued, relative to a specific horse, identifying said horse, the name of its registered owner, and the extent, nature and limits of said horse. Likewise, any restrictions and/or prohibitions (embargos/liens/claims) affecting said horse are indicated. This encumbrance certificate is solely informative.
Once this form has been completed and signed, proceed to pay for the corresponding service through the LG PRE ANCCE collaborating organization in your country (see contact information on the web-site). Should there be no such organization, make the payment through the web-site.
Next, contact the collaborating association in your country, or, should there be no such organization, send the said documents to the main LG PRE ANCCE Office in Spain.
