For a third consecutive year, the ANCCE Molecular Genetics and Genomics Laboratory has renewed its ENAC nº 1456/LE2680 certification in keeping with international UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards. This certification—recognized worldwide—guarantees that all of the laboratory’s quality and technical skills meet the aforementioned standards.
Upon concluding the annual audit on the 20th of September, ENAC (Spain’s National Certification Board), confirmed the renewal of ANCCE’s Lab certification, which was obtained for the first time in 2022. This renewal confirms ANCCE's continued commitment with scientific excellence and precision in its various processes.
This recognition certifies that the ANCCE Laboratory complies in full with any and all of the established requirement, thus guaranteeing that all procedures are carried out in keeping with criteria of effectiveness, capability and independence. Moreover, it certifies the suitability of it staff, the precise control of all equipment and that the analyses performed use validated methods, thus guaranteeing maximum technical capacity, precision and the reliability of all results.
Our goal is to continue maintaining this demanding certification process through follow-up and extension audits, to continuously improve our quality standards, efficiency and confidence. Consequently, the ANCCE Molecular Genetics and Genomics Laboratory consolidates its position as a reference, not only within the Purebred Spanish Horse sector, but also for other breeds.
