This measure will be applied as of July 27.
We remind you that the last April, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment, as well as the European Commission answered ANCCE about its project regarding the feasibility of applying differentiated PRE Stud Book fees based on whether users are full-fledged members of ANCCE or not.
Since then, ANCCE has undertaken several processes to obtain the final approval for this new measure; a measure that was later ratified by its members at the General Assembly, held on May 30. Thanks to this approval, the project has been launched.
This measure is an advantage that will have direct economic repercussions for all full-fledged members of ANCCE when it comes to requesting services 103 (Identification for Registration) and 206 (Basic Aptitude for Breeding). In these cases, a €15 and €5 discount on the current general rate will be applied respectively. These fees have increased €10 and €5, respectively for all non-members of ANCCE.
Thus, once the general rate has been applied, Request for Service 103 will cost €25 less per hose for full-fledged members. The same holds true for Request for Service 206; the fee will decrease by €10 per horse for full-fledged members of ANCCE.
To take advantage of this reduced rate, the Full-fledged Member must be current with all ANCCE payments up to December 31 of the previous year. As of July 27, in such case that the person who to date has enjoyed discounts when requesting a LG PRE Stud Book service and has an outstanding account with ANCCE, that member is obliged to returned the discount enjoyed. Said difference must be paid in full and may be included in future fees when requesting services or as a receipt included in the annual Association quota. The member, knowing these details, must accept them.
On the other hand, those breeders who have signed up as Full-fledged Members of ANCCE may enjoy the discount for PRE Stud Book fees.
With this new measure launched by ANCCE at the PRE Stud Book, full-fledged members of ANCCE, once and for all, will be rewarded after three decades of work to make the current LG PRE ANCCE Stud Book a world reference.
