Led by Ernesto Vázquez, the FOECE President, the event will also enjoy such speakers as Dr. Arancha Rodríguez and Dr. Pedro J. Azor, PRE Stud Book Director and Assistant Director, respectively. Enrique Guerrero, President of the Lusitano Thoroughbred Horse Breeders’ Association, Úrsula Mueller, the Hannoveraner Verband Representative for Spain and Latin America and Johan Knaap, president of the General Management KWPN.
