As of the 1st of January 2012, the fee paid for services that were not carried out will only be returned by the LG PRE ANCCE Stud Book office, if one of the accepted reasons for this event and the return of the fee is requested within the natural year when the said fee was paid (*). Once this established deadline has lapsed, the money will not be returned; rather, the sum shall appear as credit in the account of the breeder to pay for future LG PRE ANCCE Stud Book services, and that can be used at any time, with no expiration date.
(*) From the 1st of January to the 31st of December. When the payment was made between the 1st of November and the 31st December, you may request the refund, and the return of your money up to the 31st of January of the following year.
